Before you write

  • Where's my order? Your shipping confirmation email has a tracking link. Orders leave our fulfillment partner in Clovis, New Mexico in 1–2 business days and arrive 2–5 business days after that.
  • Returns: you have 30 days from delivery. The steps are in our Return and Refund Policy. Include your order number when you write and we'll send return instructions.
  • Sizing: measure your dog from nose to the base of the tail while lying down, then check the size chart on the product page. Not sure? Tell us the measurement and your dog's weight and we'll recommend a size.

To speed things up, include your order number (it starts with #) and, for a damaged or wrong item, a photo.
