Accepted payment methods
We accept the following payment methods at checkout:
- Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club
- Shop Pay
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments. We don't accept checks, money orders, bank transfers, cash on delivery or cryptocurrency.
Currency
All prices are listed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). If your card was issued outside the United States, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees.
When you're charged
Your payment method is charged when you place your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email right away and a shipping confirmation with tracking when the order ships.
If we cancel an order for any reason, for example an item that turns out to be unavailable, you're refunded in full to the original payment method.
Sales tax
If sales tax applies to your order, it's calculated on your shipping address and shown at checkout before you pay. The total you see at checkout is the total you're charged.
Security
Checkout is encrypted with TLS, and card details are handled by Shopify Payments, which is certified PCI DSS Level 1. Your full card number is never stored on our servers and is never visible to our team.
To protect you and us, some orders are screened for fraud. In rare cases we may email you to confirm order details before shipping, or cancel and refund an order that can't be verified.
Declined payments
If a payment is declined, check that the billing address and ZIP code match your card statement, then try again or use a different payment method. If it keeps happening, your bank can usually explain why. We don't see the reason for a decline.
Discount codes
Enter your discount code in the field at checkout. One code can be used per order, and codes can't be applied after an order is placed. Discount codes have no cash value.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect a return, or right away if an order is cancelled before it ships. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
