Pick the right height
Measure from the floor to the top of your dog's shoulder (the withers), then subtract 5 to 6 in. That's roughly where the top of the bowl should sit. Not sure? Start one setting lower — your dog should reach the food without dropping their head or stretching up.

Care
- Bowls: top-rack dishwasher safe, or hand wash with warm soapy water.
- Frame: wipe down with a damp cloth. Do not submerge, and don't let standing water pool on the composite overnight.
- Feet: pop off and rinse under the tap if food ends up trapped under the stand.
A note on elevated feeders
Raised bowls can make eating more comfortable for many senior dogs and dogs with neck, shoulder, or hip stiffness. If your dog is a giant, deep-chested breed (Great Dane, Weimaraner, Standard Poodle), the research on raised feeders and bloat risk is mixed — please talk to your vet before switching to an elevated setup.

Common questions
Does the frame handle water splashes like raw bamboo?
Better. The frame is a wipe-clean bamboo-look composite, so splashes from the water bowl come off with a cloth. We still recommend not letting a puddle sit on it overnight.
Will the bowls rattle when my dog eats fast?
Each dish drops into a cut-out sized to the bowl rim, so it stays seated. If your dog is a real pusher, a small strip of shelf liner under each bowl silences it completely.
Will it wobble at the tallest setting with a big dog?
Every leg locks into its notch and the rubber feet plant the base, so the frame stays put under normal eating. If your dog is over 100 lb and leans hard into the bowl, we suggest running it at 9 in rather than 12 in for extra stability.
Can I use just one bowl?
Yes. Many owners run one food bowl on the stand and keep water on the floor. Both bowls lift out independently.

How do I clean it?
Care instructions for this item are in the description above. When a cover is removable, wash it cold on a gentle cycle and air dry. Do not machine-dry foam or bolster inserts. Bowls, mats and fountains: hand wash unless the description says dishwasher safe.
