Why Lucentis
Small team. Serious about naps.
Lucentis means “shining” in Latin. We're a small U.S. company — Lucentis LLC, Wilmington, DE — picking comfort gear we'd put in our own living rooms.
Ships from the U.S., not a three-week boat.
Every order leaves our fulfillment partner in the United States in 1–2 business days, with tracking.
30-day returns.
Unused and in the original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return reaches us.
Secure checkout, no gimmicks.
The price on the page is the price at checkout, paid through Shopify's encrypted checkout. No timers, no fake stock counters, no reviews until real customers write them.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Same answers as our shipping and return policies, just shorter.
How long does shipping take?
Orders leave our fulfillment partner in the United States within 1–2 business days and arrive 2–5 business days later by USPS or UPS, with tracking. Most orders are at your door 3–7 business days after you order.
Where do orders ship from?
From our fulfillment partner in the United States. We ship to street addresses in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. No international shipping yet.
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, unused and in the original packaging. You pay return shipping unless the item is defective or we made a mistake. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return reaches us. Personalized items can't be returned.
How do I choose a bed size?
Measure your dog from nose to the base of the tail while lying down, add 6–8 inches, and check the size chart on the product page. Between sizes? Go up. Not sure? Email support@lucentisllc.com with the measurement and your dog's weight.
Can I wash it?
Every bed we sell can be washed — either a zip-off cover (orthopedic bed) or the whole bed (donut bed). Blankets go straight in the machine; cooling mats wipe clean and should not be machine washed. Care instructions are in the description on each product page.
