Care
The whole bed goes in the washing machine — cold water, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or air dry, then shake the bed out to fluff the fill back up. Check your washer's capacity before washing the Large. The rim is firm enough to hold its shape when a dog leans on it.

Free U.S. shipping on orders of $49 or more. Orders under $49 ship for a flat $5.95.
Orders leave our fulfillment partner in the United States in 1–2 business days. Transit takes 2–5 business days with USPS or UPS, and every order includes a tracking number sent by email.
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
Returns & refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused items in the original packaging.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong item — then it's on us.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return reaches us. Personalized items can't be returned.

Sizes are the diameter of the bed. Measure your dog curled up, then add a few inches for the rim. Between two sizes? Choose the larger one.

What if it doesn't fit my dog?
Send it back within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging, and we refund the item. Return shipping is on you unless we got it wrong.

How do I clean it?
Care instructions for this item are in the description above. When a cover is removable, wash it cold on a gentle cycle and air dry. Do not machine-dry foam or bolster inserts. Bowls, mats and fountains: hand wash unless the description says dishwasher safe.
