Why dogs love it

Orders leave our fulfillment partner in the United States in 1–2 business days. Transit takes 2–5 business days with USPS or UPS, and every order includes a tracking number sent by email.

Returns & refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused items in the original packaging.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong item — then it's on us.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return reaches us. Personalized items can't be returned.

What if it doesn't fit my dog?
Send it back within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging, and we refund the item. Return shipping is on you unless we got it wrong.
Before you order, check the size guide on this page (beds) or the measurements in the description, or email support@lucentisllc.com with your dog's weight and lying-down length — we'll point you to the right size.
How do I clean it?
Care instructions for this item are in the description above. When a cover is removable, wash it cold on a gentle cycle and air dry. Do not machine-dry foam or bolster inserts. Bowls, mats and fountains: hand wash unless the description says dishwasher safe.
