Care

Rinse the mat right after use so food does not dry in the grooves. Wash it on the top rack of the dishwasher, or by hand with warm water and dish soap; a soft brush clears the bristles. It goes in the freezer as is. Check the mat before each use and retire it if any part is torn or loose.
