My dog is 65 lb. Do I need Large or XL?
At 65 lb, Large fits a dog that curls up to sleep. If your dog stretches out on their side or extends all four legs, size up to XL — the extra length keeps their hips off the edge, where pressure tends to build overnight.

Will the bed flatten after a few months?
Memory foam should keep its loft under normal daily use. If your bed develops a permanent divot within the first year of normal use, email us with a photo and we will make it right — replacement or refund at our discretion.

Is it chew-proof?

My dog had an accident on it. Now what?
The water-resistant liner buys you time. Strip the cover and machine wash it cold. Wipe the liner down with mild soap and let everything air dry fully before reassembling — moisture trapped against foam is what causes odor.
