Why dogs love it
- A flat mattress with no rim. Your dog sleeps stretched out and steps on and off without climbing over anything.
- Memory foam on top, a firmer support foam underneath: 3 inches in total on Medium, 4 inches on Large and X-Large. Under the memory foam there's a firmer support layer, so a bigger dog is not lying directly on the floor.
- A water-resistant liner sits between the cover and the foam, so most muddy paws and small accidents get caught before they reach the core — wash the cover, wipe the liner.
- The bottom has a non-slip finish so the bed tends to stay put on smooth floors like hardwood, tile or laminate.
- The cover zips off, with the zipper tucked away from your dog, and goes in the washing machine. Two colors: Charcoal and Oatmeal.

What's in the box
One bed: the foam core sealed in its water-resistant liner, plus the zip-off cover in the color you chose. No accessories, nothing to assemble. The bed ships compressed to keep the box small; unroll it, let it expand and air out for up to 24 hours, and it is ready to use.
Care
Unzip the cover and machine wash it cold on a gentle cycle, then tumble dry low or hang it to dry. Wipe the liner with a damp cloth and let it dry before the cover goes back on. The foam does not go in the washer or dryer: spot clean it and let it air dry. A faint new-foam smell on arrival fades within a day in a ventilated room.

Ships from our fulfillment partner in Clovis, New Mexico in 1–2 business days, then 2–5 business days in transit by USPS or UPS, tracking included. Shipping is free on U.S. orders of $49 or more; otherwise, it's a flat $5.95.
Return it within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging, and we refund the price of the item; original shipping paid at checkout isn't refunded. Return shipping is on you unless we got it wrong; refunds go out 5–10 business days after the return reaches us.

Returns & refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused items in the original packaging.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong item — then it's on us.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return reaches us. Personalized items can't be returned.

Size guide
Measure your dog from nose to tail base while he's lying down, then add 6–8 inches so he can stretch out. Between two sizes? Choose the larger one.

Send it back within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging, and we refund the item. Return shipping is on you unless we got it wrong.

How do I clean it?
Care instructions for this item are in the description above. When a cover is removable, wash it cold on a gentle cycle and air dry. Do not machine-dry foam or bolster inserts. Bowls, mats and fountains: hand wash unless the description says dishwasher safe.
