A 2.5-liter (84 oz) water fountain with a stainless steel bowl and a low-noise pump. Circulated water is one common reason many dogs drink more from a fountain than from a still bowl.
Why dogs love it
- Fresh water all day. The pump moves water through a filter and back into the bowl, so the top layer keeps moving instead of sitting still all day.
- Quiet enough for the kitchen. A low-noise pump and a light trickle where the water returns to the bowl. Refill before the level drops out of the window and it stays quiet.
- Stainless bowl, not plastic. Wipes clean, doesn't scratch and doesn't take on a plastic smell.
- Water level window. Check when to refill without lifting the lid.
- One-hand cleanup. Bowl and lid lift off the base for a rinse in the sink or a run in the dishwasher.

Replacement filters are not included beyond the two starter filters in the box. We don't sell filters — email support@lucentisllc.com with your order number and we'll tell you the compatible filter size.
Care
Unplug the pump before cleaning. Rinse the bowl, lid and pump weekly in warm soapy water; the bowl also goes in the dishwasher, the base and pump get a rinse and a wipe. Keep the adapter dry. Swap the filter every 2 to 4 weeks, sooner in a multi-pet home, and keep the water inside the window's range so the pump never runs dry.

Returns & refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused items in the original packaging.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong item — then it's on us.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return reaches us. Personalized items can't be returned.

What if it doesn't fit my dog?
Send it back within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging, and we refund the item. Return shipping is on you unless we got it wrong.

How do I clean it?
Care instructions for this item are in the description above. When a cover is removable, wash it cold on a gentle cycle and air dry. Do not machine-dry foam or bolster inserts. Bowls, mats and fountains: hand wash unless the description says dishwasher safe.
